Amy Westwood heads the firm’s technology advisory line of business. Based in Orlando, Florida, Amy has worked with clients over the past 15 years to create meaningful Technology amenities in new communities, commercial centers, seniors housing, conservation, resort and both greenfield and brownfield mixed use environments.
Our clients are successful, visionary land owners, developers and families such as Callaway Gardens Resort, The Springs Company, Southern Land Company, The St. Joe Company, LandMar Group, Cousins Properties, Pritzker Realty Group, and The Walt Disney Company.
Wired and wireless, inside the work place, out in the open or at home, we bring together a broad spectrum of innovative ideas and practical Technology solutions through our relationships with telecommunications service providers, storytellers, our understanding of the consumer, regulatory laws and regulations, and a deep technical expertise.
An integral part of our Technology advisory practice focuses on clients with existing communities or development plans including owners, POA’s, engineering firms, architects and planners. We provide our expertise in reviewing existing service provider agreements, easements, bulk and marketing agreements, cable franchises, conducting site inspections of telecommunications infrastructure and electronics, and assessing residential technology standards. Our goal is to ensure value for owners and their communities and to invigorate existing developments.
