Our Pattern Books are intended to provide the foundation for ensuring the character and quality of building and landscapes within each community.
The pattern books are designed as a unique resource for owners, architects, landscape architects and builders. The pattern book is intended to give everyone a sense of the elements important to the design of sites and houses. The Celebration Pattern Book, the first new pattern book developed and used in America in decades, was inspired by 18th and 19th century patterns books that were used to provide guidance to design professionals, builders and craftspeople.
